SCREENING

All candidates who register with Point Staffing are met in person and interviewed by one of our Staffing Managers.

Required paperwork, including W-4, I-9, E-Verify and Employment Eligibility Verification are completed by all candidates prior to placement on assignment.

Background checks, whether statewide criminal searches or county criminal searches, are conducted on all candidates.

Drug screening, oral or urinalysis, can be conducted upon request.

Employment verification is completed on candidates for the last two employers listed on an application.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED

We offer an 8 hour guarantee on temporary placement. If you are unhappy about the performance of our temporary, simply notify us within 8 hours of the start of the assignment and we will not bill you for that time.

On permanent placements we offer a 100 day pro-rated refund.
