SCREENING

Candidates who register with Point Staffing (Ours or Payrolled) are met in person and interviewed by one of our Staffing Managers. Required paperwork, including W-4, I-9 and Employment Eligibility Verification are completed by all candidates prior to placement on assignment. Employment verification is completed on candidates for the last two employers listed on an application.  

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED

 

We offer an 8 hour guarantee on temporary placement. If you are unhappy about the performance of our temporary, simply notify us within 8 hours of the start of the assignment and we will not bill you for that time.

Ask about our Temp to Hire Services.  Let us advertise, recruit, screen and find you a perfect candidate. Allow them to work for you through us for 525 hours to see if they are a good fit for your company. We call it " try before you buy? This will save you time and expense, and if it turns out the candidate is not for you, we deal with the unemployment costs, payroll taxes etc.......not you.  You don't have to make a financial commitment until you have let the candidate work 525 hours.

Payroller Service-If a candidate walks in your door, send them to us to take care of their  pre employment screening, payroll, taxes and unemployment insurance until you are sure this person is for you. We will offer you a reduced rate since YOU FOUND THE CANDIDATE.

On permanent placements we offer a 100 day pro-rated refund.
